We are producing this documentary not only to help affect change but from personal experience as well.  You see I survived a helicopter accident due to negligence then I hired a lawyer, James Virtue from Siskinds and  during  a 15 year period they  failed due to his negligence.    Standing on a statement, "Get the Strength of big firm with the comfort of a small firm" one would think someone would have called to follow up as to why I was changing representation  after 15 years?  With an improper  case analysis  he missed a key clause within the insurance policy, didn't follow direct instructions, neglected to secure key witness statements, and did not handle my case in an expeditious manner.  To top it all off he left a privileged file with the opposing solicitor after a meeting at the Toronto Yacht Club.  Not realizing  he had forgotten the privileged  file however,  the opposing solicitor also failed to notify Mr. Virtue.  The opposing counsel, Mr. Robert  Allen should have informed Mr. Virtue about the forgotten file instead Mr. Allen chose to file it.  This missing file  was only discovered when my new  representation  was accused of withholding  information.  This went on for a month until he asked them directly  to send him what they thought he already had.   There is so much more..

Long story short I am being bullied into accepting terms of a settlement that I do not agree with.
